 How do I place an order?

Placing an order takes a few minutes on our website. Simply pick your favorite product from our shop, click “add to cart” and then on the next page press “proceed to checkout”. Now fill in your personal information and address details then click “Place Order”. Done! Your order is now in our system and will be processed. Nothing else needed on your part.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3-5 working days inside Egypt (weekends and official holidays are excluded).

I don’t like ordering things online. What if anything goes wrong?

This is a common concern we receive because unfortunately, a lot of online shops are dishonest. First off, here at Hezaa, you can choose to always pay on delivery. If there’s anything wrong with the product, we have a very simple return/exchange policy. You can get your full money back or exchange the product for a similar or a different one, and also you can shop in one of our store.

How do I return a product and how much does it cost?

In case of refunding for no reason or just changing your mind, the order can be returned but subjected to 50 EGP return fees to be paid by the customer.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Vodafone Cash and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and we also have Cash on delivery option.
